Knowledge Quarter awarded landmark Government Science and Innovation Audit
Universities and Science Minister Jo Johnson has today instigated a Science and Innovation Audit for an area of London known as the Knowledge Quarter; encompassing Bloomsbury, Euston and King’s Cross. The consortium leading the audit includes the British Library; Camden Council; the Knowledge Quarter; the Royal Veterinary College; City, University of London and UCL.

Knowledge Quarter partners had the opportunity to meet with Cllr Georgia Gould, the newly elected leader of Camden Council. As leader of Camden Council, Cllr Gould presides over one of the most influential innovation hubs in London and the base for a large number of Knowledge Quarter partner institutions.

Knowledge Quarter partner Conway Hall is pleased to announce that it has received £88,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for an exciting project, Victorian Blogging – The Pamphleteers Who Dared to Dream of a Better World. The project will digitise and open online access to over 1300 19th century pamphlets, many of which are extremely rare.
