The London Metropolitan Archives (LMA) is recruiting for an Intern to support the creation and delivery of events for the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project Haringey Vanguard which will establish a community Black LGTBQ+ oral-history/memorabilia archive of recorded histories (1980s-present) in imminent danger of being lost forever.
LMA is the largest local government archive repository in the United Kingdom. Based in Clerkenwell and administered by the City of London, its holdings run to around 100km of documents from 1067 to the present. LMA holds local government and other records for the Greater London area and the City of London.
