The British Library, where the Knowledge Quarter team is based, is experiencing a major technology outage as a result of a cyber incident. The KQ’s systems are operated and maintained by the British Library. The team have had no access to any of our digital systems since the incident occurred on Saturday 28^th October 2023, and it is currently unknown when these systems will be restored. The incident is being investigated by the National Cyber Security Centre and other specialists.

During this time, emails will receive delayed replies and will be answered mostly via mobile. Any Microsoft Teams meetings will be moved to Zoom during this period. Our events will go ahead as planned. Whilst we are trying to maintain a normal working schedule, things may look a little different and your patience would be appreciated.
