WMC is looking for individuals who can make a significant contribution to the development of its learners. All roles are based at the main college site in Camden, two minutes’ walk from Mornington Crescent and 10 minutes from Camden Town.

Learner Services Administrator

£23,325 – £25,412 per annum
35 hours a week, permanent
Closing date: Monday 21 January 2019 at 10.00am

WMC is currently looking to recruit an administrator with customer focus experience, which would preferably be within an education based information advice and guidance environment.

You will be the initial face of the College that all enquiries see; playing a vital role in the recruitment of learners to our courses. You will accurately respond to and process course and pre-course assessment queries and enrolments, providing advice and guidance to prospective learners; as well as supporting the College by participating in a range of recruitment events, both on and off site.

Finance Officer

£23,997 – £26,158 per annum
35 hours per week, permanent

The Camden College is looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of all purchase ledger transactions, as well as assisting with payroll each month. You will also be responsible for checking and recording the daily fees banking and non-fees receipts and the petty cash account.

You will be an important part of the College’s Finance Department, assisting the Head of Finance with the efficient operation of the Department, and providing responsive and supportive service to internal and external customers of the department at all times.

Curriculum Administrator (x2)

Salary £23,325 – £25,412 per annum
35 hours per week, permanent

WMC is currently looking to recruit two Curriculum Administrators who will provide a professional and effective administrative support to curriculum areas, which will include facilitating and organising initial assessments; responding to applications for courses that need interviews; administer the annual learner survey and manage and monitor course waiting lists and to organise transfers and refunds as required. You will also be responsible for entering all aspects of curriculum planning onto the MIS system (EBS), and liaising with MIS and Marketing managers.

You will be an important part of the College’s Curriculum Department, assisting the Director of Learning and Curriculum Managers with the efficient operation of the Department, and providing responsive and supportive service to internal and external customers of the department at all times.

Learner Services Supervisor (x2)

Salary £30,319 – £33,116 Per Annum
35 hours per week, permanent

WMC is looking for Supervisors who can support its customer-facing team through some exciting changes as it seeks to continually improve services for learners.

This role will organise the day-to-day work of the team, support staff in their roles to ensure that all learners and visitors to the College receive outstanding customer care. This will include supervising the whole enrolment process from first enquiry to the collection of learner enrolment data, ensuring it is efficient and effective and complies with audit, data protection and funding regulations. This role will ensure learner complaints are investigated and that these are used to promote within the team a positive culture of continual improvement that will enhance and improve the learner experience.

Sessional Printmaking Teacher

£29.06 an hour
Closing date: Wednesday 30 January 2019 at 10.00am

WMC is seeking a motivated and dynamic printmaking tutor who will be able to teach etching, photo-etching and a range of relief printmaking techniques to adult learners who already have some experience of printmaking.

All the better if you are able to teach wood engraving and Japanese woodblock printing techniques, too. You will be willing to learn these techniques, if not, to enable you to teach them to students.

Senior IT Technician

Salary £32,164 – £36,176 per annum
35 hours per week, permanent

WMC is looking for a full-time Senior IT technician, with the required skills and experience, who can plan, organise and successfully deliver the outcomes of the college as a senior member of the IT team. You will aim to deliver an excellent service that meets the needs of the college and fulfils staff and learners’ expectations.

The successful applicant should have strong communication, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of an IT support environment, where you have supported and implemented hardware, software and Cloud-based solutions is essential.
