Let’s make work better
“We spend more time working than doing anything else in life. Work should be motivating and energizing, and that’s just not the reality for too many people.” Laszlo Block – SVP, People Operations at Google
The Knowledge Quarter embraces a unique variety of partners which together share the working experiences of colleagues working in sectors as diverse as science and technology to journalism and design. The common element in all this array of talent is us, a community of people who animate this multidisciplinary and diverse area of London.
This is why the Knowledge Quarter welcomes the new Google re:Work website.
re:Work is a response to the overwhelming interest aroused by Laszlo Block’s book Work Rules!; written to tell the story of the thinking and the learning about people over the past 17 years, and what any team or organisation can do to put people first and transform workplaces.
The website is organised around some of the biggest ways you can make an impact in your workplace. Each subject contains guides, with tools and insights, for addressing specific challenges.
re:Work offers a collection of research, practices and ideas from a variety of organisations and leaders. This is a great opportunity to join the conversation, sign up for updates, share your feedback and how you’re using data to #makeworkbetter.
