Mr A moves in mysterious ways is a new exhibition displaying works from the Adamson Collection. The Adamson Collection is one of the world’s largest collections of artworks made by psychiatric patients. It consists of approximately 6,000 paintings, drawings and sculptural objects by the residents of Netherne, a long-stay British mental hospital.

In latest news, pioneering street artist and master of street typography Ben Eine has been announced for SKIP Night, an evening of life drawing and live street art as part of Art Night 2017. SKIP Night will feature life drawing classes inside a closed skip situated in the playground of the Sir John Cass’s Foundation Primary School with classes taught by Draw Brighton founder, Jake Spicer. Featuring a variety of models and poses, the classes will encourage visitors to take up their pencils and sketch a spotlit life model from the intimate, amphitheater style seating area inside the skip.
