Knowledge Quarter partner Conway Hall is pleased to announce that it has received £88,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for an exciting project, Victorian Blogging – The Pamphleteers Who Dared to Dream of a Better World. The project will digitise and open online access to over 1300 19th century pamphlets, many of which are extremely rare.

Kevin Faulconer, mayor of San Diego, will be leading a high-level trade delegation to London and Cambridge from October 17th-18th. As two of the world’s leading knowledge hubs, the San Diego and London/Cambridge regions possess highly innovative economies, with strong potential for partnerships and global trade. The goal of this mission to build on deep, pre-existing relationships between the two metro areas, more specifically in the industries of smart cities technologies and life sciences.

The London School of Business and Management has in recent months engaged with key Commonwealth stakeholders including the Commonwealth Secretariat; the Association of Commonwealth Universities; the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London; the Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs; and various Commonwealth accredited organisations including the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network and the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council.
