The Paul Hamlyn Foundation is looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator for the Act for Change Fund.

The Act for Change Fund (AFCF) is a £3.6 million partnership for organisations supporting young people working for change. The Fund provides resources for young people to challenge social injustice, find ways of overcoming inequality and give a voice to issues they are experiencing. Act for Change Fund began in 2018, and the programme will end in early 2022.

The Programme Coordinator will act as the first point of contract for the AFCF and will be responsible for responding to enquiries, funded organisations and all associated stakeholders. They will also provide administrative support including grant reporting and the processing of financial data, in addition to supporting governance activities.

Moreover, the successful candidate will have a strong background in coordinating complex projects and programmes, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be engaged with the work of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and will be knowledgeable about youth social action, social justice, young people’s campaigning and/or self-advocacy.
