House of Illustration‘s Board of Trustees is seeking an exceptional candidate to succeed their current Director.

The ideal candidate will be a proven and inspiring strategic leader, with an ability to steer the organisation to deliver an ambitious building and capital development programme, and the next phase of House of Illustration’s growth.

Moreover, the successful candidate will have experience of implementing organisational change in an executive role, bringing with them a strong track record of leadership in the cultural sector, as well as a passion for illustration. The Director will be a key ambassador for the organisation across a diverse range of stakeholders, and thus should be a compelling communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
