Sadler’s Wells are looking for a Associate Artistic Director to support strategic planning of the future Artistic programme, in collaboration with the internal Artistic Planning Committee.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced producer or artistic programmer, passionate about arts for everyone, with strong collaborative leadership skills.

You will play a pivotal role in drawing together new artistic opportunities with established programming, working closely with the Artistic Director and CEO.
