During World Space Week 2015, the Institute of Physics (IOP) will lure Dr Lewis Dartnell, a UK Space Agency Research Fellow, to a tunnel in the depths of King’s Cross to talk about how physics is shaping our hunt for extra-terrestrial life.
Being Human 2015
Knowledge Quarter partners, School of Advanced Study (SAS) at the University of London and Wellcome Trust join in making the Being Human festival possible. Being Human is the UK’s only national festival of the humanities showcasing diversity within the humanities with an injection of creativity and festival fun.

Kings Place Festival 2015

Professor John Mullan opening Emma 200
Austen scholar, Professor John Mullan from KQ partner, UCL, will give a talk on ‘Emma and Jane Austen’s London' at the Emma 200 festival on Thursday 10th of September; opening a weekend of celebrations in the leafy surrounding of Brunswick Square.
Wellbeing Walk Launch Event
The Urban Partners (UP) launch of the Wellbeing Walk on 6th July inagurated a safer, less polluted and calmer route for people walking from Euston to St Pancras/King’s Cross or vice versa and invigorated the local Somers town increasing footfall in the area.
