The Bloomsbury SET Conference on Infectious Disease and AMR 2021
The Bloomsbury SET will be holding a conference focused on knowledge exchange and infectious disease from the 22nd to the 26th February 2021.
The Bloomsbury SET Knowledge Exchange Programme started in April 2018 as a £5-million translational research programme led by The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) and funded by Research England’s Connecting Capability Fund.
This programme connects a group of London-based institutions (The Royal Veterinary College, The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, The London School of Economics and Political Science and SOAS, University of London) in partnership with the London International Development Centre to create an interdisciplinary platform for knowledge exchange on infectious disease, antimicrobial resistance and the public health responses.
Throughout the week, Bloomsbury SET and wider partners will explore interdisciplinary innovation, research translation, commercialization, and the role of connecting capabilities in tackling global health challenges through knowledge exchange.
