Job Title:	Project Assistant/Assistant Director – RADA Youth Company
Salary:	£6,385 per annum – based on one session per week

The RADA Youth Company: Acting is a year-long project that gives young people aged 16-20 the opportunity to experience actor training and perform on RADA’s main stage.

They are recruiting for a Project Assistant/Assistant Director – a new role and a fantastic opportunity to join RADA’s widening participation team which delivers a programme of activities to open up pathways into higher education for individuals from communities that are under-represented in the arts.

You will be working in two capacities alongside Phil Sheppard who is the director of the RADA Youth Company. For the first two terms you will work as Project Assistant supporting the director in running skills-based workshops. Then in the final term you will work in the capacity of Assistant Director where you will assist the company (Theatre Production and Acting young people) in delivering their creative vision.
