The UK Dementia Research Institute at UCL is looking for a HR Manager to lead on the attraction and recruitment of candidates to their rapidly expanding team, and to manage the successful on-boarding, induction and development of colleagues in role.

This is a newly established post in the HQ team with a strong focus on the recruitment of niche senior roles, so there is lots of opportunity to creatively review how the UK DRI HQ approaches attraction, selection and induction activities and introduce innovative ways of working.

As the team becomes fully established focus will move to managing the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and colleagues and dealing with employee experience, engagement and employee relations.

The post is funded for 5 years in the first instance.
