Republic of Learning is a monthly event bringing together the local community to discuss and explore issues surrounding climate change.
Through creativity, science and conversation they hope to better understand both the global and local impact of climate change, generating an open forum for experts and non-experts to share knowledge, experiences and ask questions of each other.
The second Republic of Learning event is on Friday 18th October 2019 – 10.30am to 1pm.
In this session, Giles Lane and Erin Dickson of Manifest Data Lab will bring in objects generated as part of Materializing Data: Embodying Climate Change project to spark conversations and ideas about creativity and physical expressions of climate change data.
