Join us for a mid-week mindfulness session; a mid-week lift, coming together to renew our wellbeing for the rest of the week.
In this online session Lisa will lead us through a mindfulness and breathing activity that in just 20 minutes will revitalise us and put us in the best frame of mind to meet the rest of the week.
The session will begin with a guided meditation practice, watching the breath, observing sensation and bringing mindful attention to our experience in the present moment. This session is accessible for all, if you have never practiced mindfulness or are a seasoned pro.

This moment of serenity will be facilitated Lisa Carmody, Lisa is a Manager within C&I Wellbeing Partnerships, of Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. Lisa is a qualified Mental Health Nurse, completing her training in 2003 at City University London. During her 19 years working in the NHS she has worked in various London NHS Trusts and in rural Dorset. Her main experience lies in working in Early Intervention in Psychosis in the community with young people and working on Research studies trialing psychological approaches to support people experiencing a range of mental health issues, working closely with University College London. She has taken further training in Mindfulness, Family interventions and it also a qualified Yoga teacher.
This KQ Mindful Moment will take place online through Microsoft Teams. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite you will receive instructions to join the moment by email 48hrs before the event.
