British Land is a UK focussed, FTSE 100 Real Estate Investment Trust. Its value add strategy focusses on leveraging its best in class platform in three key sectors – Campuses, Retail Parks and London Urban Logistics.
Campuses are dynamic neighbourhoods focused on customers in growth and innovation sectors. British Land has three campuses in London, with a fourth under construction, and is now bringing that expertise in campus development and in-depth customer understanding to key innovation locations outside London, including Cambridge.
