Campuses are dynamic neighbourhoods focused on customers in growth and innovation sectors. British Land has three campuses in London, with a fourth under construction, and is now bringing that expertise in campus development and in-depth customer understanding to key innovation locations outside London, including Cambridge.

In 2021 British Land acquired the Peterhouse Technology Park, a 8.25 acre site comprising four buildings, which is fully let to technology business Arm for its global headquarters. It also recently acquired the Peterhouse Western Expansion where they will deliver a 90,000 sq ft life sciences building.  British Land is currently assisting the Cambridge Biomedical Campus with a master-planning exercise for the existing campus and future phases.
