The Francis Crick Institute’s latest feature exhibition, Cut + Paste, asks important and provocative questions about genome editing, while demystifying the scientific technologies that are used in the lab today.
In this interactive presentation, the exhibition curators will give delegates a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the evolution of the project, sharing how and why the Crick sought to encourage public critique of scientific work, how the curators tackled issues of representation and accountability, and what is meant by an access-first approach to exhibition curation.
