Take a step back in time this Christmas Eve with a visit to the enchanting Charles Dickens Museum.

The Charles Dickens Museum will be filled with festive greenery, authentic Victorian fayre and the scent of citrus and spice. And as you wander and explore, the museum will come alive with for a theatrical event as they bring Dickens’s home to life with scenes from A Christmas Carol.

Meet infamous miser Ebenezer Scrooge and the impoverished Cratchits,  join in with the dancing at the Fezziwig’s Ball (if you are so inclined)….. and be chilled to the bone as Jacob Marley visits from beyond the grave…..

Then enjoy warming mulled wine and indulge in traditional mince pies in the family home of the great Victorian author.

All tickets are for timed entry but once admitted, visitors are welcome to stay at the museum until close at 6.00pm. All entry includes a complimentary drink and mince pie so the Charles Dickens Museum will not be offering a regular cafe service on this day.
