Elle Docx has held various audience-focused roles within the orchestral sector including Portland Symphony Orchestra, Maine and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London and now Director of Communications for the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. Elle is working towards a PhD on audience development at Northumbria University and is a non-executive director on the board of the Knowledge Quarter.
