Caroline is the Director for Inclusive Economy and Jobs in Islington Council.  She has been with the council for nearly 3 years, leading its pioneering economic development programme.  It focuses on jobs for local people, and building wealth at a community level through its progressive business support, procurement and asset management approaches.  Previously, Caroline worked in Belfast City Council for over 15 years, where she led on major regeneration and business improvement programmes, brokering political and community deals, resulting in £150m+ investment in local neighbourhoods.
