This special interdisciplinary event explores our relationship with memory, with reflections from experimental physicist Stuart Parkin; and a performance of newly commissioned poetry and music by Frances Leviston and Martin Suckling.

Holborn Community Association’s 1A Arts team and the Francis Crick Institute are delighted to invite Knowledge Quarter partners, staff and friends to a special drinks reception at the premiere screening of a short film made by local young people.

From a board game to solve conflict to a sustainable solution for the housing crisis and fashion that’s part-propaganda, Creative Unions demonstrates how the next generation of designers are responding to current contexts with urgency and ingenuity.
Cloud Nine Festival
The Cloud Nine Festival is returning to Cumberland Market after the highly successful inaugural festival on the site last year. Created and delivered by a partnership of three local organisations: West Euston Partnership, Fantasy High Street and Old Diorama Arts Centre, the festival will once again offer a day of free arts activities, performances and workshops to local residents and other members of the community.
London Super Comic Con (25 - 27 August)
Islington Council welcomes the London Super Comic con to the Business Design Centre from 25th – 27th August. As part of the celebration Islington have worked together with London Super Comic con and Gosh! Comics to put together 100 comics representing the breadth and imagination of the medium.
