COP Explained: Why COP26 Matters for the Knowledge Quarter Community
This event is part of It is part of Getting to Net Zero, a new series of workshops and masterclasses designed to help members understand their carbon emissions and develop strategies to do something about it. Four guest speakers will tackle the headline goals of the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), while grounding the macroscopic scale of the negotiations in the everyday reality of the Knowledge Quarter.

KQ Lightning Talks: What is light in the Knowledge Quarter?
The Bloomsbury Festival celebrates contemporary Bloomsbury; a hotbed of creativity and pioneering development which has one of the youngest and most diverse populations in the country. This year, the KQ will present an hour of lightning talks at the Bloomsbury Festival exploring everything from enlightenment to illumination, from scientific, cultural, and historic perspectives.

This Summer, the Wellcome Collection launches On Happiness, a season of free events, activities and two exhibitions - Joy and Tranquillity - which bring together voices from across the cultural, scientific and spiritual fields to reflect on the elusive subject of happiness.
