Open City Documentary Festival – Partnership Opportunity

Open City Documentary Festival is London’s only dedicated documentary film festival. Held each June since 2011, the festival creates an open space to nurture and champion the art of creative documentary. We showcase over 70 international films alongside an extensive industry programme of workshops, masterclasses, special events and parties for industry specialists. In 2015 we welcomed 4000 visitors and 74 guest speakers and featured over 40 film premieres.

Open City Documentary Festival is currently looking for partners to assist with the delivery of content for the 2016 festival (21st – 26th June). All festival partners have an active presence at the festival by participating in the industry programme, hosting screenings and creating bespoke events. This year they are specifically looking for:
– Virtual Reality Day partner
– Radio partner
– Big data special event partner
– Happy hour sponsor and networking parties sponsor
– Screening partners (sponsoring individual films or film strands)

Award sponsors (Grand Jury Award, Emerging International Filmmaker, Best UK Film and Best UK Short).

Previous partners have included the BFI, Tate Modern, New Scientist, British Council, UCL, Molinare, Sky Arts, Little White Lies, Artificial Eye, The Frontline Club and Canon. For more information please get in touch with Festival Producer, Sophie Outhwaite or head to www.opencitylondon.com
