Knowledge Quarter partner The Foundling Museum is looking for a Visitor Services & Operations Manager to manage the Visitor Services team to ensure a high level of customer service and the effective operation of the volunteer team. The person will also be responsible for the Museum’s building and its upkeep, as well as all systems and procedures related to the operation of the Museum.
This is a critical position, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Museum and its many activities, systems and functions, and will be part of the management team which supports the Director in running the organisation. The post holder will also be involved in all technical aspects of exhibitions and activities, liaising with artists and performers to ensure that the programme is carried out to the highest standards.
