KNOWLEDGE QUARTER CONFERENCE 2019

THE FUTURE OF KNOWLEDGE: Think Together. Think Better.

Future of Knowledge Conference 2018

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that this year’s KQ Conference will take place on Wednesday, 26 June 2019 at the British Library Knowledge Centre from 09:00 to 18:00, followed by an evening reception.

The main theme of the conference is around ‘Democratising Knowledge’, with focus on collaboration and innovation. The title of the conference is: The Future of Knowledge: Think Together. Think better. We’re incredibly grateful to our principal sponsor British Land and our venue sponsor the British Library.

A diverse range of speakers from across the fields of politics, media, philosophy and academia will convene for one inspiring and provocative day, which will be made up of:

– Keynote addresses

– Three plenary sessions

– Two parallel sessions (of three events each)

In the spirit of collaboration we are encouraging Knowledge Quarter partners to get involved in delivering content for the two parallel sessions and one the plenary sessions (which will be in the pecha-kucha format). Knowledge Quarter partner organisations can submit their ideas using the form here. We ask partners to submit the attached form by Friday, 29 March 2019 to jodie.eastwood@bl.uk. We’ll inform you of the outcome of the selection process by Friday, 5 April 2019.

Tickets will be on sale soon.
