Nelson Mandela: The Presidential Years

Pan Macmillan is hosting an exclusive event celebrating the launch of Dare Not Linger by Nelson Mandela and Mandla Langa at the Royal Festival Hall this Sunday.

An introduction from Rt Hon Gordon Brown, UN Special Envoy for Global Education, and a cast including Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Adjoa Andoh, Adrian Lester, Ben Okri and Lemn Sissay bring the long-awaited sequel to Nelson Mandela’s Long Walk to Freedom to life.

Watch as Mandela’s reflections on his time in power are performed in this exclusive London launch of Dare Not Linger: The Presidential Years. The evening includes a panel discussing Mandela’s legacy in a troubled world, featuring his co-author, South African novelist and poet Mandla Langa, Chief Executive of the Nelson Mandela Foundation Sello Hatang, Lord Peter Hain and Bonnie Greer, chaired by Jon Snow.
